In 1994, Dennis, Sharon and Michael Richardson recognized the need for quality property management services in the Spearfish, South Dakota area because it was a college location. Help-U-Rent was formed and it became an immediate success.

• Dennis Richardson, Real Estate Counselor/Broker Owner. Dennis has been successfully engaged in business his entire career. His areas of expertise include marketing, negotiating, customer service and management in corporate environment as well as sole proprietorships. During the past 10 years, he has been excelling in the world of real estate as a Realtor and Listing Specialist. He has been among the top producers in the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota. Twenty years as an Rotarian, he continues to emulate the motto "Service above Self" as his personal business ethic with his clients. Dennis brings a unique service to the world of listing and selling properties, as he says, "Saving my clients and customers money has been my business for forty years.
  
  
• Michael Richardson, GRI. Before moving to Spearfish, Michael worked in Los Angeles excelling as a national sales manager of production, design and purchasing. After twenty years of the fast lane, Michael chose the Black Hills as the perfect place to develop a property management business. That business has grown in the past ten years to include; Help-U-Rent Property Management; Sturgis Rally Rentals; and Black Hills Vacation Cabins. Michaels' broad range of expertise allows him to manage properties as well as assist buyers and sellers of all types of real estate. Help-U-Sell Real Estate of the Black Hills is especially fortunate to have Michaels' knowledge of commercial real estate.
